Challenge
Tech Road Community Church needed a logo that communicated a modern, approachable expression of faith while clearly signaling its relationship to Beltsville Adventist Church without losing its own identity.
Role
Logo Designer, responsible for leading the logo from early ideation through final delivery and preparing it for use across multiple applications.

Impact

01 Foundational Brand Asset
Designed a logo intended for long-term use across print, digital screens, livestreams, and merchandise. Establishing a consistent visual anchor helped the church present a unified identity to both new and returning members.

02 Clear Brand Relationship & Recognition
Aligned typography and color choices with the visual language of Beltsville Adventist Church, allowing viewers to immediately recognize the connection between the two organizations. This reinforced trust and familiarity while preserving Tech Road’s distinct presence.

Delivered a logo that functions reliably across a range of contexts, reducing the need for redesigns or one-off variations as the church’s media needs grow.
Lessons Learned & Next Steps
This project highlighted the importance of balancing continuity and differentiation within related brands. A natural next step would be expanding the identity into supporting assets, such as slide templates or social graphics, to further extend consistency across communications.
